John J. Farrell is an associate of the Firm. Prior to his legal career, Mr.
Farrell spent more than two years living, studying, and working in Germany and
speaks fluent German.
Mr. Farrell assists in the representation of clients in federal regulatory and
administrative proceedings and assists in the defense of lawsuits asserting
claims of inaccurate occupational drug testing. Mr. Farrell also represents
clients in non-competition and trade secret matters, as well as employment and
commercial litigation. Mr. Farrell also advises Firm clients on employment
issues and lectures at employment law seminars.
In 2006, Mr. Farrell was named a Texas Rising Star in Employment Litigation, an
award which recognizes approximately 2.5 percent of the best up-and-coming
attorneys in the state.
