Caldwell & Clinton was formed in 1997 when D. Faye Caldwell, then a partner
in the firm of Holtzman & Urquhart, P.C., joined forces with L.G. Clinton,
Jr., the former labor section head of Fulbright & Jaworski. These two
attorneys, from vastly different backgrounds, shared a vision of unrelenting
service to their clients.
Since 1997, the Firm’s attorneys have vigorously represented their clients’
interests in litigation throughout the United States. The Firm has also
provided extensive counseling and advice services to its clients in topics
ranging from employment law to risk mitigation to regulatory compliance. In
addition to its litigation and advice services, Firm attorneys’ also provide
its clients and HR professionals with training designed to ensure compliance
with complex workplace laws and regulations and practical advice regarding
methods to limit risk to their companies.
In 2003, Caldwell & Clinton P.L.L.C. was certified by the Women’s Business
Enterprise Alliance as a Women’s Business Enterprise, certificate no. 234601.
