L.G. Clinton, Jr. (1919-2003), was a founding partner of the Firm. Before
joining the firm, Mr. Clinton served for over three decades as the head of the
Labor Section of Fulbright & Jaworski’s Houston office. Mr. Clinton was
graduate of both Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt Law School, where he
served as business manager of the law review. Prior to his legal career, Mr.
Clinton served his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Clinton practiced law in Harris County for more than 50 years and for
decades was one of the driving personalities in the practice of Texas labor
law. Although Mr. Clinton passed away in 2003, his personality and legacy
remain a part of the Firm.
